Idea Factory International announced that Villion: Code, from developer Compile Heart, will launch in the West on January 26, 2027. It will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Physical versions of the game will also be available.
Villion: Code is an action RPG where players traverse randomly generated tube-like dungeons inspired by Buddhism’s Ten Evils. Characters can switch seamlessly between melee and ranged attacks and create powerful combos to take down enemies.
The game was created by Kouji “Cozy” Okada and features contributions from artist Ilya Kuvshinov (Persona 3 Reload – Expansion Pass), scenario writer Tadashi Satomi (Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga), and composer Tsukasa Masuko (The Caligula Effect). It was released in Japan on June 25, 2026.
