Physical Release of Zelda-Like Elementallis Confirmed for US

Classic Zelda-like throwback title Elementallis is getting a standard physical release in the US in Early 2027 at a cost of $39.99 for both the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch versions.

Elementallis tells the story of one young man’s quest to restore order, ten years after his parents attempted to destroy the world’s elemental power source. Their intentions were good, but… things did not go well. Now, driven by a sense of guilt and obligation, the protagonist must travel through eight different temples to restore the elemental power to the land.

The game features real-time combat that does feel very reminiscent of Zelda, with perhaps some Secret of Mana influence in its use of elemental magic as a key component of combat and exploration. Each of the eight temples is housed in a unique biome, meaning there’s a lot of variety in setting, and each new region is filled with its own puzzles, side quests, and secrets.

The idea of a retro-style game in the vein of classic Zelda housing a potentially deep and thought-provoking story is really appealing. The game was released digitally on April 28, 2026 on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and GOG.
